RV RATES

A 2 night stay, at Weekend Rate is requested if you include a Fri or Sat on
an advance booking. Holidays require a 3 night stay at Weekend Rate

Includes: Power, Water & TV (Bring co-ax cable). Midweek dock fishing is included. Weekend dock fishing is offered at a discount rate for RV tenants.

Septic is not available for daily RV Sites

Recreational Yearly Contract Rate: $ 225.00/mo.

Summer Occupancy - Winter Storage

Build a patio and storage shed. Have the freedom of a summer home without the worry of security or upkeep. Utilities available: power, septic, water & TV. Discounted moorage rates available.

RULES and GUIDELINES

Each site allows one recreational vehicle and one transport vehicle, additional vehicles park nearby off site. Pets must be leashed at all times. All sites are 16 feet wide, gravel, back in sites. Advance notice requested if RV has slides or a tow car. Open fires are allowed in designated fire pits only. Please, no tents or use of generators. Sleeping in vehicles or boats on resort grounds is charged at nightly RV fee.

Dock Fishing For Registered RV Tenants:

Sat/Sun/Holidays: $3.00 per person/daily

Non-registered guests with RV pay dock rate

Minimum Stay: 2 nights requested on weekends, however, if a one night weekend booking becomes available we gladly honor it. No minimum nights required during the week unless holiday or peak times.

Check In: 3PM - 7PM Check Out: 12:00PM (Noon)

Check-in after 7PM requires advance notice.

Office closes at 7PM, call prior to arrange late check-in.

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGE

Deposit may vary based on time of year and length of stay. A 50% minimum deposit per site is required at time of booking. A one night booking requires payment in full.

Cancellation policy varies based on your specific reservation. We gladly refund deposit less a $15.00* per site handling fee when reservation changes and cancellations meet our Cancellation Policy. *Check with resort management for your refund policy. All cancellations must be confirmed during business hours with an authorized cancellation number. No phone recording cancellations accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

.15 day Notice for single RV Site booked (1 to 3 nights)

.20 day Notice for single RV Site booked (4 nights or more)

.Multiple RV Sites require additional notice and deposit.

All changes and cancellations must be made prior to arrival per our cancellation policy

Life jackets are mandatory for all children, 12 years and younger, while on the docks or in boats. Children must be accompanied at all times, by an adult on the docks.

2010 rates subject to change, some exclusions over holiday and peak periods may apply.
