A two night minimum stay is required at weekend rate if you include a Fri, Sat or Sun night. Holidays and peak periods require a three night stay at weekend rate.

No advance one night booking is available on weekends, however, if a one night weekend booking becomes available we gladly honor it.

STUDIO C1 - 6 PERSON:                           Kitchen w stove/oven, refer, micro, double bed,
                                                           bunk beds, dbl sleeper couch, patio, charcoal BBQ &
                                                           fire pit. Uses Central Toilet Building - Showers are                                                            available off site.

STUDIO C2 & C3 - 4 PERSON: Kitchenette w stove/oven, refer, micro, dbl bed, bunk beds,
deck, and charcoal BBQ. Uses Central Toilet Building -

Showers are available off site.

CAMPING CABINS PROVIDE: Stove/oven, refrigerator, micro, pots & pans, dishes,
silverware, coffee pot, toaster & TV cable hook up.

CABIN RATES INCLUDE: Dock fishing fee included for registered cabin tenants.

Cabin customer’s guests pay public dock fishing fee.

MOORAGE RENTAL AVAILABLE: Fee based on size of boat

Bring: Bedding, cabins do not supply bedding,

bath linen (if desired), TV , charcoal and

fire pit wood for your use.

RULES and GUIIDELINES

Each cabin allows one vehicle parking on grounds, additional vehicles park nearby off site. Sleeping in a vehicle or boat on resort grounds is charged at nightly RV fee.

Tent camping is not available on Mineral Lake Resort grounds. Check with Mineral Lake Resort on pet policy, we now have 2 (4 person) cabins available. On advance reservations, a minimum stay on weekends is a two night booking, If a one night booking on a weekend becomes available we gladly offer it. Monday through Thursday there is no minimum stay required. Lifejackets are mandatory for all children, 12 years and younger, while on docks or in boats. Children must be accompanied, at all times, by an adult on the docks. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Check-in after 7pm requires advance notice.

Office closes at 7PM Call prior to arrange late check-in.

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGE

Deposit may vary, based on time of year, length of stay and unit booked. A 50% minimum deposit per cabin reservation is required at time of booking. A one night booking requires payment in full. Cancellation refund policy varies, based on your specific reservation. We gladly refund deposit less a $25.00* per cabin handling fee, when reservation changes and cancellations meet our Cancellation Policy. *Check with resort management for your refund policy. All cancellations must be confirmed during business hours with an authorized cancellation number.

Phone recording cancellations messages are not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

. 15 Day Notice for a single cabin booked 1 to 3 nights

. 20 Day Notice for a single cabin booked 4 nights or more

. Multiple Cabins require additional notice and deposit

All changes and cancellations must be made prior to arrival per our cancellation policy
