PET FRIENDLY CABINS AT MINERAL LAKE RESORT
We now have two, 4 person, pet friendly cabins available
We welcome at Mineral Lake Resort one pet per stay and limited to dogs and cats. There is no additional charge providing the cabin is left in clean condition and no damage occurs. A $50.00 fully refundable pet deposit will also be collected via credit card at check-in and will be refunded when the cabin is left in good, clean condition with no damage occurring.
Allowed, Requirements & Restrictions
1. Dogs and domestic cats up to 50 pounds. 2. All pets must have verifiable current inoculations. 3. All animals will be kept leashed and under complete control. 4. All pets must be friendly and non aggressive. Hostile dogs of any breed will be asked to leave the resort along with their owner. 5. No pet will be left unattended in the cabin if you are not directly on the premises. (This includes while fishing in a boat). If you are on the grounds but not with your pet, we recommend your pet be contained in a crate in the cabin for its protection. Pets are not allowed on any of the resort docks unless you are immediately departing on a boat. 6. No pet will create excessive noise or disturbance while a guest at our resort. If your pet is too vocal and disturbs other customers, you will be asked to find other accommodations. 7. You are required to clean up after your pet at all times. 8. Pets are restricted from the resort docks and cannot be out on them while you are dock fishing. 9. Pets are not allowed to be leashed to the front cabin areas hindering the community sidewalk. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended. 10. Pets are not allowed to be feed on the outside of the cabins, this increases the risk of attracting wild animals. 11. Pets shall only be allowed on cabin decks in your attendance and are not allowed on the decks overnight. 12. Door cards distributed on check-in must be displayed on outside of the cabin to alert other guests and emergency personnel indicating a pet is inside. 13. Pit Bull or Pit Bull mix breeds, Dobermans and Rottweiler’s are prohibited. These are particular breeds that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression. |
